- For our valuable customers, we aim to make the replacement process as simple as possible.
- Our products are eligible for a free replacement within 7 days of delivery in case of damaged, defective, or wrong mattress protector delivered to you.
- We accept the product in its original conditions such as no dust or stain should be there on it. So, please keep it in its original condition with a warranty card and other receipts.
- You can place a request for replacement by clicking here. We will work to pick your mattress protector asap by one of our logistics partners.
